Why do I need a realtor?

Selling a piece of real property is often one of the largest monetary transactions that someone will ever take on, it involves both legal and ethical strategies that may not be obvious to someone who isn’t a professional. Hiring a realtor is the best way to navigate current market trends, to avoid lawsuits from disgruntled potential buyers, and to learn the ins and outs of how to transition a deed with ease. I will help you to navigate what home updates will pay off and what jobs are best left for the next owner. I will connect you with any other professionals needed throughout the home selling process. I am here to hold your hand and make things emotionally, physically, and logistically easier. I am selling the house with you, I am here to guide you and ultimately you are steering this ship.

How do I get the most amount of money for my property?

If you list too low the market will raise it up, if you list too high time will demonstrate that as well. Listing your home at just the right price is the best strategy to attract the most buyers with real potential to purchase. I follow market trends, am constantly looking at properties both in person and online and have a sense of what comparable homes are selling for.

What are the first steps?

When you choose to work with me I will present you with a “sellers packet” this document includes your deed, property map, market trends in your zip code and it outlines the steps and processes associated with selling. We will go over this in person at the property that is for sale. After touring your home I will then put together a CMA, a comparative market analysis to help determine a price range that is appropriate for your property. Together we will decide on a price and a timeline and talk about what if any preparation is needed to get the house listed.

What else should I be aware of?

Selling a property can be an emotional process and it can be logistically  overwhelming. I am proud to say that I successfully help my sellers with both of these aspects by connecting them to local companies that can help to ease the burden associated with any tasks that might feel overwhelming, whether it is doing a title v inspection, hiring a landscaper, clearing out attic space, or just moving furniture I will connect you with the help you need. Throughout the entire sale I am your go to coordinator for everything associated with getting the best price for your property. Through targeted online marketing, social media campaigns, yard signs and so much more I have a team of people helping me to promote your house and get you the money you deserve. Selling a property can be easeful when you have a good team on your side all working together within the same timeline towards a shared goal.
